I remember arriving at the site in a car, and I think I was brushing my hair or something while in the car. There were many seats in the room where the concert was held, but my group decided to sit on the floor near the stage. The opening band had already started playing some odd, haunting music. Oddly enough, the stage curtain was closed, but a quick look behind it revealed a seated violinist, and several other band members. I don't recall TMBG ever actually taking the stage, but I believe They played at least one song, with Robin Goldwasser doing backing vocals. I left the room to use the bathroom, and, when I returned, the Johns were no longer performing. Instead, there was some movie playing. I believe it was some sort of love story, and it was also a musical. I also seem to recall a character in the movie being afraid of a Roman invasion of Britain. I sat down in a seat in the back, but I returned to the front of the room near the end of the movie (and during a rather loud song). The movie changed from live action to a cartoon, and someone fast-forwarded the rest of it. Then, some guy (I don't remember whether he was live or on the screen) recommended the book on which the movie was based to the audience. I woke up soon after that, and I don't believe I heard any more of the concert, but I think I remember seeing Flans off to the side of the room (near a window, as I recall). I thought that maybe one of the Johns had become sick, and could not finish the show. It was a rather odd dream, but TMBG did appear in it (albeit briefly). -- May the light shine upon thee, Nathan Mulac "When I lay down to sleep, I have the same dream of a world-famous actress in a pink limousine" DeHoff DinnerBell@tmbg.org http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Corridor/5447/ _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. I usually join right around the time of a TMBG show in my area because euphoria is always in the air around those times. But anyway, you don't know what I look like, so here: http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Alley/7534/me/me-julia.JPG I'm the person on the right. Just pretend my eyes are open.
