Date: Sat, 07 Oct 2000 16:04:25 GMT Message-ID: I just downloaded a song off Napster labeled "They Might Be Giants (rare) - Tlass_secret_song." It's 24 seconds long, and it's the coolest thing ever. Does anyone know anything about this, or is this simply another labeling error that naturally turns up when dealing with MP3's? In case you need any refreshing, the song features a high-pitched voice saying "You found the secret song! Yaaaaay!" then goes into song (sort of) with "Hello. My name is Johnny. I'm a ninja. You can't see me. It's my birthday. I'm invisible to the naked eye." _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. Message-ID: <28073-39DF67DE-5265@storefull-241.iap.bryant.webtv.net> Important information follows regarding your friend, known to some as Alex, to the rest as Dexter. Please read... Greetings, everyone! I would just like you all to know that I will soon be bidding "farewell" to my WebTV. It's been about 2 years since I've gotten this here machine, but I have now obtained a very nice computer, and will be exclusively and permanently switching over to that. I plan to resubscribe to all the lists I'm on, and add all of my friends to my address book as soon as everything is situated. So do not fear, because I shall return, better than ever! For those who visit the web pages I've designed using WebTV's server, just know that they will be gone for a period of time. This includes my bootleg pages (I'm still open for trades, though. Just E-mail me for a list and/or to set up an exchange). I'll put the ones that are worth keeping up on a new server (tripod or something), and then send out the addresses. While in the midst of all this, I will still be open for E-mails. You can contact me with this address: SoulCoughing@ureach.com In the meantime, though I'm sure it will be hard, try to make it without me :) Just know that it will all be over soon. Later! Hey guys, check out my brother's Malcolm in the Middle website: http://lifeisunfair.net It has some original content, which I hope stays original (coughtwistidcough), such as the closing instrumental theme song that Fox cuts every week, and actual titles for the dialasong.com instrumentals. They also have the most up to date news section. IMHO, it's the best MitM site... check it totally out! -Mike ------------------------------ From: "Nathan Mulac DeHoff" Subject: Re: TMBG: TLASS Secret Song? As far as I can tell, it has much more to do with microscopic ninjas than spitting contests. But I suppose someone could spit a microscopic ninja pretty far... And about Cartoon Planet, I'm pretty sure it's not. It really sounds like a stupid song done by a band that doesn't normally do that sort of song. I don't know why. It just does. Whatever it is, it's awesome, and it's very Giantesque. _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
