Older > They Might Be Giants Older? This seems to be the TMBG song that had the least effort put into it, and it's showing up EVERYWHERE. Long Tall Weekend, Brave New World, here, and I remember the Johns saying that it was supposed to appear on the next studio album (although they might well change their minds about that). Anyway, where's the third TMBG song we're supposed to be getting? They DID say three, right? As it stands, people who have Long Tall Weekend will only be getting ONE new TMBG song. If "Boss Of Me" is released as a commercial single (and I've heard no indication that it will happen, but I suppose it's not TOO unlikely, since it's apparently the featured song), maybe I'll just get that, and forego the soundtrack. -- Eat your broccoli, Nathan DinnerBell@tmbg.org http://www.geocities.com/fablesto/ _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com From owner-tmbg-list@tmbg.org Sat Jan 13 14:59:15 2001 Received: (from majordom@localhost) by ussenterprise.ufp.org (8.9.3/8.9.2) id OAA02963 for tmbg-list-outgoing; Sat, 13 Jan 2001 14:59:15 -0500 (EST) (envelope-from owner-tmbg-list@tmbg.org) Received: from hotmail.com (f254.law7.hotmail.com [216.33.236.132]) by ussenterprise.ufp.org (8.9.3/8.9.2) with ESMTP id OAA02953 for ; Sat, 13 Jan 2001 14:59:14 -0500 (EST) (envelope-from xornom@hotmail.com) Received: from mail pickup service by hotmail.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC; Sat, 13 Jan 2001 11:58:44 -0800 Received: from 204.108.157.154 by lw7fd.law7.hotmail.msn.com with HTTP; Sat, 13 Jan 2001 19:58:43 GMT X-Originating-IP: [204.108.157.154] From: "General Purplefeet" To: tmbg-list@tmbg.org Subject: Re: TMBG: MitM Soundtrack Track Listing Date: Sat, 13 Jan 2001 19:58:43 -0000 Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed Message-ID: X-OriginalArrivalTime: 13 Jan 2001 19:58:44.0024 (UTC) FILETIME=[3BA1DB80:01C07D9B] Sender: owner-tmbg-list@tmbg.org Precedence: bulk Reply-To: "General Purplefeet" Mike Stabile: >If I'm not mistaken, wasn't M. I guess it was dropped from the soundtrack to make room for bands that have absolutely nothing to do with the show.
