(I had wanted to send this little update before I left, but time got away from me.) The shirts themselves will be the same blue color that you see as the background of the design images I posted before. Here they are again: http://members.aol.com/brycegh/sb.front.gif http://members.aol.com/brycegh/sb.back.gif The graphics linked above are scaled down for faster loading and less scrolling in your browser, but even the original full-size images turned out to be a lower resolution than the shirt technology typically calls for. So I'm recreating the images at a higher resolution. (The design will not change; the higher resolution simply allows us to print the images at their intended size without losing sharpness.) About availability: The high-res revisions should take me a couple of days (thanks to the intrusions of my "real life" such as it is). At that point I'll speak with the shirt makers again and get an ETA for you. About price: I'm not looking to make a profit from these, but I will end up eating the cost of any unsold shirts. The more orders I get, the less I have to charge to cover my costs. Based on the orders* I've already gotten, I should break even with a price of $20 per shirt. This is a result of both the professional quality of the shirt itself and the low quantity we'll be producing. (If I had more guaranteed orders, I could charge less per shirt.) I'll provide payment information soon, and delivery options. My sincere thanks to everyone who's expressed interest so far! Bryce *They haven't all been confirmed orders. Some are merely tenative keep-me-posted requests, but I'm counting them all anyway. Karin : > Bryce, what's happening with the Sapphire Bullets Tshirts? Any updates?? > I'm waiting with a worm on my tongue, here (baited breath, ar ar ar, thank you, Mork). ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Feb 2001 18:20:15 -0500 From: Dylan Flipse Subject: TMBG: Tour Dates Message-ID: <4.3.2.7.0.20010228170331.023e3398@pop.cwru.edu> A little birdie with a palindrome for a last name sent a little tip over to the staff at flipse.com about a bunch of TMBG dates at Pollstar.com. I wasn't sure if this was mentioned on the list yet, but it's directed by Adam Bernstein, whose directed a lot of great videos for TMBG as well as the Dead Milkmen, and Ween. He also directed the "It's Pat" movie. So if you haven't seen the show yet, check it out it also has a guy from Mtv's The State. nick ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Feb 2001 21:07:28 -0500 From: "Tim Clark" Subject: TMBG: T-Shirts Message-ID: <002a01c0a1f4$5ef0b7a0$42ab30cf@tim2> I thought a good idea for a t-shirt might be something like this: http://www.gocart.org/4horsemen/Image2.html Obviously, it needs a little more work with the song titles, but what do you think sirs? --TC ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Feb 2001 18:21:56 -0800 From: Gale Mead Subject: Re: TMBG: Tour Dates Message-ID: Dylan....
