Any info would be greatly appreciated. Except fabulous components of luggage. The crowd for the "On the Bricks" shows have been much better than last year, what with the rowdy crowd being drawn to the 99x show. The gags were all old ones: Dial-a-drum-solo, James K Polk cannon, etc. I liked hearing Violin live. They did a rendition of Particle Man that I hadn't heard before. I wouldn't know how to describe it exactly, though. If I recall correctly, Dan Miller brought out the acoustic guitar, did some neat staccato stuff. At one point, Flans had the whole crowd chanting "Fuck yeah." I don't exactly remember why. This was quite close to him telling us about their #1 spot on the Billboard Children's chart, though. :) -- Matt Brown (hangdman@cc.gatech.edu) cs1321 TA Ga Tech Undergrad Philosophy Society Chairman http://thm.askee.net Society of Physics Students Member -= "Every day is a good day" - Zen Proverb =- From owner-tmbg-list@tmbg.org Tue Jul 2 22:57:27 2002 Received: (from majordom@localhost) by ussenterprise.ufp.org (8.11.1/8.11.1) id g632vRq60647 for tmbg-list-outgoing; Tue, 2 Jul 2002 22:57:27 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from owner-tmbg-list@tmbg.org) Received: from rj.sgi.com (rj.SGI.COM [192.82.208.96]) by ussenterprise.ufp.org (8.11.1/8.11.1) with ESMTP id g632vQJ60642 for ; Tue, 2 Jul 2002 22:57:26 -0400 (EDT) (envelope-from relph@mando.engr.sgi.com) Received: from cthulhu.engr.sgi.com (cthulhu.engr.sgi.com [192.26.80.2]) by rj.sgi.com (8.12.2/8.12.2/linux-outbound_gateway-1.2) with ESMTP id g630vGil001592 for ; Tue, 2 Jul 2002 17:57:16 -0700 Received: from mando.engr.sgi.com (mando.engr.sgi.com [163.154.5.88]) by cthulhu.engr.sgi.com (SGI-8.9.3/8.9.3) with ESMTP id TAA12069 for ; Tue, 2 Jul 2002 19:57:20 -0700 (PDT) Received: (from relph@localhost) by mando.engr.sgi.com (SGI-8.9.3/8.9.3) id TAA11215; Tue, 2 Jul 2002 19:57:20 -0700 (PDT) Date: Tue, 2 Jul 2002 19:57:20 -0700 (PDT) Message-Id: <200207030257.TAA11215@mando.engr.sgi.com> From: John Relph To: tmbg-list@tmbg.org Subject: TMBG: Billboard review of No!
