The singer is escaping the troubles of the world to go to the sun. He has to travel 93 miles times a million more to get there; after all, we all know that the sun is about 93 million miles away, and that's why it looks so small. It's unclear what the Citgo sign has to do with anything, but for those who have not seen them, they are large red triangular things, often lit up brightly at night.
