The beginning of the song is a quite blatant parody of the theme song for the TV show Mister Ed: "A horse is a horse, of course, of course / and no one can talk to a horse, of course / that is, of course, unless the horse / is the famous Mister Ed." The meaning of the rest of the lyrics is unclear. Likely it is nonsensical, but two possible inspirations are Dr. Klaw, the villain in Inspector Gadget, and a villain named Mr. Klaw in the Marvel Comics. Neither character's face was ever seen. There is a remote possibility that the "dental flaw" might refer in some way to this.
