Sapphire Bullets Of Pure Love is the title of a song by Mahavishnu Orchestra. I haven't heard it, but it's :35 seconds long and presumably instrumental. It's probably unrelated to the TMBG song, except, of course, for the title. Mahavishnu Orchestra is a jazz-rock fusion group from the late 60's and early 70's led by guitar legend John McLaughlin.
