That happens in my dorm sometimes, too. What really bothers me, though,
is when someone sets their alarm clock for a time when they're not in
the room. Some people's alarms go off for HOURS when that happens.
Still, I think the advantages of living in a dorm (or at lesat my dorm,
which is admittedly one of the nicest on campus) outweigh the
disadvantages. I've already signed up for my fourth year in my
residence hall.

The alarm across the hall goes off? Personally, I fail to see the
connection (unless list members are all too busy e-mailing the person
across the hall, telling that person to set his or her alarm).

>see y'all in a couple weeks,

A couple weeks? How long is your spring break?

Hello,
The official web page does not have this info up yet but Bogart's web page
says that They are playing here in Cincinnati a month from tomorrow. It
also says that They are still touring with Michael Shelly does anyone know
if this sounds right.
Also I went to the Korn -- Rob Zombie concert last week. It was pretty
entertaining, maybe TMBG could get some show ideas like the fires in Rob's
concert were really cool and the Korn Kage with fans on stage was pretty
cool too.

I just got the new XTC in the mail today, and I got my first accordion on
Monday. The accordion is very very red and Linnell-esque. TMBG are going
to be one hour away from me on 21 April (they've never come within six
hours of here).

Does life get any better than this?

I thought not.

Happily,
Amanda

admittedly, this depends on a lot of contextual factors (cost of living,
quality of neighborhoods near campus, transportation concerns, etc.,
etc.)... but i've been living in my own apartment since september of last
year after 5 years of living in the dorms, and i will never ever ever ever
go back, despite the significant chunk of money that i would be able to
save were i to do so. (also, admittedly, i'm in a *really* good situation,
definitely not representative of the typical apartment experience.)

I really couldn't see TMBG having a cage on stage with some fans in it with
fire shooting up around them..actually..that'd be quite funny...

I don't know about you, but just because I'm on spring break doesn't
mean I'm not checking email. Sheesh. Some people.
