This is seriously ripping off the Johns and anyone who thinks they're getting a legitimate cd...the madness must be stopped! Your canned response says "unless of course the alleged infringement is obvious on its face." If you will look at the auctions themselves, you will see how obviously fake these releases all are. Note the telltale signs: -Non-label collections of b-sides and full live concerts by major label bands -Reused images on multiple discs, from readily available sources on the Net -Fuzzy, brightly-colored artwork -Misspelled words ("Disk" on #448477478, "Breath of Life" on #448477478) -Phrases including "rare" "most of these songs will probably never be released (#448455892)", "9 songs from live radio broadcast (448467345)" -No disc names beyond "Live in Chicago" "20 Remixes" "Live at Bizarre Fest" "Live in Boston" "B-Sides and Rarities" -No mention of these releases on legitimate rarities/promo sites (http://www.gemm.com, http://www.mobydisc.com/) -No mention on bands' official sites and exhaustively researched fan sites (http://www.tmbg.com, http://www.weezer.com, http://www.erasure.com) This fraudulent seller made $81 with the auction I last brought to your attention. Please stop allowing people like this one to conduct illegal transactions using your auction service. I realize I am not an official representative of any of these bands, but a simple examination of this seller's products should make his copyright infringement, as you've said, obvious. But that wouldn't make any sense. "Breathe of Life." I'm an idiot. Well, it's not like they'll listen to me anyway. I need to know how to make members only sections on websites. You know, like at tmbg.org. How do I make it so that upon entry, a thing pops up for you to enter a password to get in? Is it some kind of HTML or something? I need help!
